Garcia, age 66, who as charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Christopher Lee Chambless, age 34 who was charged with\u00a0possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawfully carrying a pistol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Involved in the investigation were Winston County Sheriffs Office Investigators Josh Silas and Brad Curtis and Chief Deputy Bryan Kirkpatrick and Deputy Caleb Snoddy. Reserve Deputies Heather Hardy and Horace Moore.
