William D. Butler, 62, was fatally injured when the 1996 Toyota Tacoma he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Butler was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Winston County 80 near Winston County 39, approximately 4 miles North of Addison, in Winston County.
