Fincher was found deceased at his home on February 19, 2022. Taylor Morgan has been charged with Manslaughter and Theft of Property 3rd after evidence revealed his involvement during the investigation. This matter remains under active investigation by the 25th Judicial Circuit District Attorney\u2019s Criminal Investigation Division. Anyone with information regarding this case may contact Inv. Hulsey at 205-570-4797. District Attorney Scott Slatton would like to thank the State Bureau of Investigation, Addison Police Department, and Winston County Sheriffs Office for their involvement in this case. This case is an example of what happens when agencies work together.
