The Council approved a resolution which authorizes Mayor Sunseri to reject all bids on a neighborhood improvement project for streets, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer on 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th Avenues, 22nd and 24th Streets. The cost original cost estimate was approximately $700,000. The lowest bid was for $962,919.95.
