Meanwhile, the city attorney, Jeff Mobley will be finalizing the by-laws for the Board and a contract for the Java Management Grop which will operate the hospital for the Board.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In other business, the council approved the advertising for lifeguards for the city swimming pool and seasonal employees for the street department. Also approved was the purchase of a dump bed for a street department pickup in the amount of $9,995.00 and to pay an invoice to Shoals Electric for $1,500.
