Winston County Schools Superintendent Sue Reed and Haleyville Schools Superintendent Dr. Clint Baggett both decided to not place any students or faculty in harms way and for the fifth straight day, there will be no school on Friday. However, both school systems will be open on Monday at the regular time in order to help make up the snow days. Monday was originally scheduled to a school holiday, but that has changed because of the weather.
