Ashridge Receives New Pumper/Tanker

Ashridge Fire Depatment recieved a new Pumper/Tanker on Thursday, June 9. It is  a Freightliner 2,000-gallon pumper/tanker that can drop a bladder on scene, fill it with 2,000 gallons of water and retrieve more water while pumpers draw from the bladder.  The money for the truck was recieved through a FEMA grant for $190,000, with the fire department paying the remaining $10,000. Please continue to support the fire department so we can better serve you.
