Teen Injured in Dirt Bike Accident

A dirt bike accident Saturday sent Nick Arnold, 18, Haleyville, to the UAB Trauma Center via helicopter from a cow pasture located on Marion County Highway 85. Nick was riding with friends when his front wheel hit a hole flipping the bike. After he landed, the bike hit him in the back of the head. Nick came home Monday night and is reported to be in good condition. 

This accident proves the importance of always wearing a helmet and never riding alone on motorbikes.
