License renewals amd replacements will continue to be done in person at the Winston County Courthouse Annex. You do not need an appointment. Contact Probate Judge office at 205-489-5219 with any questions.

MESSAGE FROM WINSTON COUNTY JUDGE OF PROBATE, SHELIA MOORE:

Due to the cutbacks from the State’s General Budget, it is with sincere apologies that the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) has closed several Examining Offices across the state.  According to a memo that was sent to this office on September 30, Winston, Franklin and Lawrence Counties will no long have an examining office.

Listed below are Examining offices that have not closed and adjoin Winston County:
