2013 in Review

Each school year is filled with both good and bad memories for each student.  However, one of the most memorable experiences for all students is the crowning of the Homecoming Queen at halftime of the big game. The photos above capture great moments in the life of Chau Huynh, the 2013 Haleyville High School Homecoming Queen.

Life changing moments often happen in the blink of an eye. Although it is inevitable that fires will occur, all families hope they do not fall as the next victim. This year, Haleyville and the surrounding communities saw many fires that destroyed property, turned lives upside down, and even took away life.  This year was also filled with several questionable fires of abandoned properties.
