James Randall Kennedy, 43 of Haleyville, was arrested for sexual acts with a minor. He has been charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and two counts of Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree.

The abuse reportedly took place over the past 18 months.
