The Haleyville City Board of Education met Monday and approved the resignations of HHS Football  Head Coach Todd McNutt and Offensive Coordinator Ryan Brewer, and the resignation of Senn Williams as Head Football Coach for the Haleyville Middle School.

Board President Barry Burleson stated after the meeting the Board had already received numerous applications for the Head Football Coach position.

In other business, the Board approved the expenditures for October in the amount of $1,358,919.55 and approved was the lowest most responsible bid for a Chromebook Google license to Eastern Data for $199.00 per device.

An agreement was approved between the Haleyville City Board of Education, the Haleyville Police Department and the City of Haleyville for one School Resource Officer (SRO).

One use of facilities and five fundraisers were approved.
