• Haleyville City Council

    The Haleyville City Council met Monday, April 1 with Royce Benefield absent. The Council approved a resolution which assigns administration and collection service of sales, consumer’s use, and business license for the City of Haleyville to Public Resource Management Alliance Corporation. This will become effective on 1 June.

    A second resolution approved by the Council was for declaring certain items of personal property which are no longer needed as being surplus and authorizing the disposal of the unneeded property. The following items were on the list which will be sold to the highest bidder on GovDeals.com and/or sealed bids.
