The Haleyville City Council met Monday, April 1 with Royce Benefield absent. The Council approved a resolution which assigns administration and collection service of sales, consumer’s use, and business license for the City of Haleyville to Public Resource Management Alliance Corporation. This will become effective on 1 June.

A second resolution approved by the Council was for declaring certain items of personal property which are no longer needed as being surplus and authorizing the disposal of the unneeded property.
